This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle product dispatch, delivery timelines, and related terms for all orders placed through our website or authorized channels.
Our goal is to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, on time, and with complete transparency.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship products across India through trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your pin code and location.
Remote or rural areas may require additional time for delivery.
International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery duration after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delays caused by weather conditions, courier disruptions, or government restrictions are beyond our control but we always strive to minimize them.
5. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (subject to change during promotional periods).
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee may be charged based on delivery location and product weight.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment in real time through the courier’s tracking page.
In case of delayed tracking updates, please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the system to update.
7. Packaging & Handling
All products are securely packed using industry-standard, tamper-proof packaging to ensure they reach you safely.
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately notify us at satiate.quality@gmail.com with photos.
8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Your order may be delayed or returned if:
The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
The courier is unable to contact you.
You are unavailable at the delivery location after multiple attempts.
In such cases, we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
9. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may dispatch them in separate shipments depending on stock availability or warehouse location. You will be notified of each shipment separately.
10. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not been delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number.
We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. In verified cases, replacement or refund will be issued as applicable.
11. Change of Delivery Address
Address changes are only allowed before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address. Please ensure your details are correct before confirming your purchase.
